Mars enters Aquarius
Mars enters Aquarius, Venus enters Capricorn, and Mercury enters Sagittarius this week. We also get a new President in the United States. The change of signs for Mars occurs at 9:51 PM PST on election day and will shift the energy principle to airy innovation rather than Capricorn’s earthy ambition. I think we have all had enough of earthy ambition in the last few weeks and are ready for some idealism and innovation. If you have any obstacles that require obstinate zeal, tackle them over the next two days. The focus will veer on Tuesday from the patriarch to team-work. Mars in Capricorn works diligently to promote its own agenda. When Mars enters Aquarius, reform for all utilizing new working methods is on the itinerary. Mars in Aquarius must do things in its own way. It will never accept authoritarian direction. Venus takes up residence in conservative Capricorn on Friday at 8:54 PM. Leaving the carefree ways of Sag behind. Art will turn conservative and love will demand commitment. On Saturday Mercury changes Scorpio’s depths and sarcasm for justice, truth, and the right to scatter its energies across the spectrum. Good luck to us all this week in restoring the idealism of our country.
Void Moon and More
We have two long Void Moon periods this week. The first arriving on election day. The Moon goes Void in Aquarius at 5:54 AM until it enters Pisces at 1:45 PM. This long Aquarius Void may turn some people away from social media. The second one is on Saturday in Aries from 4:45 AM until the Moon enters Taurus, the sign of its exaltation, at 6:24 PM. Void Moon in Aries is excellent for house cleaning and I know mine needs it. Not to neglect the major aspects happening this week, the Sun makes an empowering sextile to Pluto on Monday at 12:25 AM. This gives that extra energy of leadership and endurance to all. Saturday the Sun trines Chiron at 11:05 AM offering a moment to heal and reveal anything shameful secrets that have been holding back your growth.
