Mars enters Taurus
Mars enters Taurus next Thursday at 4:34 PM. Mars is the planet that gives us our energy and drive. It has been in its home sign of Aries for the last few weeks. Believe me I felt it as my natal Mars is in Aries. Things will be slowing down now considerably. However, when Mars enters Taurus your capacity for sustained, practical work increases exponentially. Your desire for the fruits of that labor also increases. When Mars enters Taurus the lust for acquiring possessions rises as well. Paradoxically, Mars in Taurus can be impulsive, and when its desires are blocked, vindictive as well. I am executive director of a Yoga Sports’ Nonprofit, The United States Yoga Federation, (USA Yoga). We held our North/Central Super Regional Championship at the Arnold Sports Festival this weekend in Columbus, Ohio. There are many different kinds of strength and our yoga athletes displayed their grace, strength, and flexibility this weekend. Venus also stationed Retrograde early Saturday morning reminding us to review our relationships and aesthetic sense. Venus will go direct on April 15th. Venus only turns Retrograde about every two and a half years.
Void Moon and More
Lots more Mercury activity this week starting with the Sun/Mercury Superior Conjunction on Monday at 4:29 PM bringing clarity. Tuesday offers a Mercury/Pluto sextile allowing us to dig deep and uncover mysteries. A Sun/Pluto sextile early Thursday morning, at 12:33 AM offers healing and empowerment. The only Void to watch for arrives Friday from 9:06 AM until 2:07 PM when the Moon enters Virgo. Leo Void Moon is a good time to give and receive appreciation. Think about who supports your unique gifts in your life and express your gratitude to others for all they contribute.
